These terms govern your use of the Dispatch Ready website and app (the "Service"), operated by Dispatch Ready LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Dispatch Ready is

Dispatch Ready aggregates publicly available information about wildfire support contract opportunities and shows it to you, free of charge. We also offer paid consulting services separately. The free alerts and the consulting services are distinct.

Not a government service; accuracy

Dispatch Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Forest Service, CAL FIRE, or any government agency. We summarize and link to official postings, but the official posting is always the source of truth. We do not guarantee that information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify details on the official posting before acting.

No guarantee of results

Using the Service — or our consulting — does not guarantee that you will be awarded any contract, placed on any dispatch priority list, or receive any particular ranking. Awards and rankings are determined solely by the relevant agencies.

Your information

The Service does not require an account. If you subscribe to email alerts or submit a form, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including using an email address you control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Communications

Email alerts are double opt-in: we only send them after you confirm your subscription from your inbox. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your alert preferences.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch Ready LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost contracts, revenue, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these terms, from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
