Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in we collect your email address. You may optionally add your name, phone number, business name, and home state.

Alert preferences. The equipment types, states, and notification settings you choose, so we can match contracts to you.

Consulting requests. If you request help, we collect the name, email, phone, and message you submit, and which contract (if any) prompted the request.

Usage and device data. We use PostHog to understand how the Service is used and to detect errors. This includes pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar technical data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

• To provide contract alerts matched to your equipment and states.
• To respond to consulting requests you submit.
• To send notifications and emails you have opted into.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including through PostHog, to keep you signed in and to measure and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Service works.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — currently Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (analytics and error tracking) — and only as needed to operate it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• Update your preferences or profile any time in the app.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing charlie@dispatchreadyllc.com.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
